Wake up your Creative Brain 🧠

The science-backed newsletter for people who want to feel more alive.

🤓: by Katina Bajaj, Creative Health Scientist & Co-Founder of Daydreamers

We’re not burned out because we’re broken.

We’re burned out because we’ve lost touch with what makes us feel alive.

Creative Health is a weekly newsletter for people who are done with the productivity hamster wheel and want to reconnect with imagination, awe, and meaning.

Each week, we share science-backed insights, creative protocols, and real-life stories to help you reawaken your creative brain - not to make more stuff, but to live a more fulfilling life.

Because creativity isn’t just for artists - it’s for everyone who wants to thrive.

Why “Creative Health”?

We’re living in a time of unprecedented disconnection - from ourselves, each other, and our inner, most creative worlds.

At Daydreamers, we know that creativity is the missing link between well-being and fulfillment.
And, we’re not talking about the fluffy kind of creativity. The essential kind - the kind that rewires your brain, softens perfectionism, disrupts autopilot, and most importantly, makes you feel like a human again.

This newsletter explores how you can strengthen your own Creative Health like a muscle. Think of it as your Sunday mind-expander - where the science of creativity comes alive.

What You’ll Get Each Week:

🧠 A fresh perspective on creativity, mental health, and how it impacts modern life
🔬 The latest research from psychology, neuroscience, and cultural science
✍️ Simple, actionable tools to break out of autopilot and think more creatively
🌸 A like-minded community exploring what it really means to live a fulfilling life

What Our Readers Say:

“Daydreamers helped me get my life back.”

Who Am I?

I’m Katina Bajaj - Creative Health Scientist, Co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Daydreamers, and a Columbia University-trained clinical psychology researcher who spent years chasing success, only to find myself burned out, disconnected, and craving something more.

That “something” turned out to be creativity - not as a hobby, but as a healing force.

I don’t believe creativity is a luxury. I believe it’s a biological necessity - a built-in tool for resilience, meaning, and feeling most alive.

Now, I’m here to help you reclaim it - one story, one exercise, and one Sunday at a time.
